Delete Account/Data

We're sorry to see you go! Deleting your account or data is a significant action, and we want to make sure you understand what this means before you proceed.

What happens when you delete your data?

  1. Account Deletion: If you choose to delete your account, all your personal information, including any saved preferences, activity history, and other data associated with your account, will be permanently removed from our servers.

  2. Data Deletion: If you choose to delete specific data (such as messages, files, or activity logs) but not your entire account, only the selected data will be removed. Your account and other data will remain intact.

  3. Irreversible Action: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

  4. Impact on App Functionality: Deleting your account or data may impact the functionality of the app. You may lose access to certain features, or you may need to start fresh if you decide to use the app again in the future.

How to Delete Your Data:

  1. Account Deletion:

    • Go to the Settings section of the app.
    • Select Account Settings.
    • Tap on Delete Account.
    • Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion of your account.

  2. Data Deletion:

    • Navigate to the section of the app where your data is stored (e.g., Messages, Files).
    • Select the data you wish to delete.
    • Tap on the Delete button.
    • Confirm your choice to permanently remove the selected data.
